Study on Preparation and Properties of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer with Different Molecular Weight Methylallyl Polyoxyethylene Ether

چکیده

Abstract The molecular weight of the macromonomer has a great influence on performance Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer (PCE). PCE with different structures was prepared by using methylallyl polyoxyethylene ether (HPEG) weights 2400, 3000, 4000, and 5000. effects emptying time rheological properties cement paste concrete were investigated. test results show that paste, plastic viscosity ratio inverted slump have corresponding relationship: HPEG-5000 < HPEG-4000 HPEG-3000 HPEG-2400, HPEG-2400 best performance.
